RECIPE: Vegan overnight oats

raw walnuts (or raw cashew nuts)

raw almonds

pumpkin seeds

coconut shavings

flax seeds

chia seeds

hemp seeds

bee pollen


raw honey

almond milk

apple, grated

Mix all dry ingredients together, pour over almond milk to soak, drizzle over honey to taste, grate in preferred amount of apple, and then stir. Leave overnight in fridge and enjoy for breakfast with fresh berries and a dollop of coconut yoghurt.
