Intro Discovery Session

Discover what’s possible in your health journey with a 60-minute coaching session. Together, we’ll uncover what’s holding you back and create a clear action plan. This isn’t about diets or quick fixes—it’s about feeling energised, confident and in control with habits that truly last.

Energy with Ease

Our 8-week coaching program provides ongoing support with weekly 1:1 sessions (45–60 minutes) tailored to your goals. You’ll receive a movement plan, habit coaching, grocery guides, recipe library, nutrition templates, and accountability, plus mindset tools, meditation, and breathing exercises—helping you build sustainable habits, balance body and mind, and feel confident in daily life.

This was a great 8-week program that helped me find greater understanding and insight into my health and wellness.
