2 Minutes Daily

2 Minutes Daily builds on your company's existing wellness momentum, introducing a structured two-minute wellness break daily to reduce stress, improve focus and boost productivity. Aligned with our Work Wellness themes, employees will practise specific breathing and meditation techniques, and desk mobility and circulation exercises for just two minutes each day. Wellness Champions encourage participation, while HR supports scheduling and tracks impact through wellbeing insights. Backed by proven behavioural science and over ten years of corporate wellness expertise, this Activ Life program delivers measurable ROI through improved engagement, reduced absenteeism, and stronger performance. With access to the Work Wellness Online Studio, employees are equipped with the resources they need to make their wellness a priority. It's a healthy investment.

Work Wellness Challenge

Companies compete against each other in a fun, motivating wellness challenge, with the highest participation rate over the fortnight winning a $500 donation to their chosen charity. Two participants from the winning company will also receive a private yoga, Pilates, or coaching session plus a 3-month Activ Life Online Studio pass. Staff can stay engaged by joining our WhatsApp group and following @theactivlife for daily inspiration, tips, and updates. This is an easy, ready-to-implement workplace wellness initiative designed to boost engagement, wellbeing, and team culture—we’ve done all the work for you. Professional Growth Event

From 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Activ Life will host six 20-minute interactive seminars in the office, covering six wellness topics from our unique Work Wellness program. These sessions are open to all staff and can be attended around work schedules.
