Louise FitzRoy
Louise has been practising and teaching yoga for over a decade in Australia and the Cayman Islands. In 2009, she received her Advanced Diploma of Yoga Teaching at the Australian Yoga Academy. When Lou is not writing books on health and educating children about nutrition, she can be found teaching yoga to elite athletes with a focus on injury prevention, performance and recovery. Louise's classes are powerful yet calming, uplifting and fun, taking you to the heart of your practice with every breath.

Sarah Gluschke
Sarah is a certified holistic health and wellness coach for women, yoga teacher and meditation instructor. At 18 years old she completed her first yoga teacher training in India. After flying around the world for five years as a flight attendant, Sarah decided it was time to pursue her passion and fulfill a job in the wellness industry full time. Sarah believes that balance is more important than the relentless hustle and that value lies in progress, not just outcomes.
