Welcome to the first and only outdoor online yoga and wellness studio in the Caribbean. Visualise lying under the shade of a coconut palm, the sound of the waves rolling up the shore, a light breeze in your hair, the warmth of the sun kissing your skin and the sensation of sand on your toes.  The odd rooster crow, curious iguana and occasional butterfly are the only “distractions” that add to the authentic, real-life atmosphere and uniqueness of each class. Louise FitzRoy

Louise has been practising and teaching yoga for over a decade in Australia and the Cayman Islands. In 2009, she received her Advanced Diploma of Yoga Teaching at the Australian Yoga Academy. When Lou is not writing books on health and educating children about nutrition, she can be found teaching yoga to elite athletes with a focus on injury prevention, performance and recovery. Louise's classes are powerful yet calming, uplifting and fun, taking you to the heart of your practice with every breath.



Emily Lisanti

Emily is a certified Yoga and Qigong Instructor. She uses the ancient healing practices of Qigong, Yoga and Meditation to help you form a mind, body and spirit connection allowing joy and flow throughout your life with ease and grace. These are the ultimate practices to help assist your healing journey and the health benefits are astonishing. Emily uses these teachings to live her life to the fullest. Her calm, intuitive and positive energy will ensure you receive exactly what need in every class.
